I am very pleased to welcome you to these pages of my website. It seems that the world is slowly returning to ‘normal’ whatever that means in the post – COVID 19 world.

Our lives have been changed in important ways, the word ‘the new normal’ is often used. The good news is that we have an opportunity to shape the world and our future for the better.

The strict lockdowns in South Africa made us go through almost three months of not being allowed outside of our homes except for necessary supplies and medical/health care. This caused serious financial and economic challenges for individuals, companies and the country that will take many years to repair.

On the bright side, the lockdowns provided a great asset: time. I wrote my book, Pour Into Your Soul – Let Your Cup Overflow, completed it in June 2020. The book is on self -care, self – leadership, managing change and professional (executive) coaching. It was launched at the Virtual Summit of When Women Heal, Atlanta, USA in October 2020, by Invictus Book Club in Windhoek, Namibia on 11 March 2021 and Africa HR Forum in Equatorial Guinea on 7 April 2022. It is already on second print run!

Pandemic – induced lockdowns accelerated working on virtual platforms across geographical boundaries and different time zones. I was blessed to expand my client base across continents. Thank you, AkzoNobel Middle East and Africa (MEA) Region for the opportunity to train more than 100 of your learning, development and people management leaders from as far afield as Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Algeria, Pakistan, India and Dubai from the comfort of my home in Pretoria, South Africa!

I am blessed to have coaching clients from as far afield as Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago in the USA as well as Freeport in the Bahamas. Botswana and Equatorial Guinea continue to provide me with coaching and management consulting opportunities. Namibia is next!

I was awarded the credential as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in December 2019. I am currently working hard to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) when the time to renew or upgrade my ACC credential comes up in December 2022. I hope to have completed my training to become an enneagram coach by December 2022 or middle of 2023!

I am pleased that Deloitte Southern Africa continues to provide me with coaching opportunities in their different training programmes. Wits Business School help many virtual training sessions during 202o and 2021. They are increasing in person training, which is excellent news!

My Presidency of the Pretoria Chapter of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) was entirely through virtual platforms. The good news is that this provided me with the opportunity to really improve my ability to train, coach and facilitate meetings, seminars, and conferences on the virtual platforms.

I joined the Board of Legal Aid South Africa as Land Rights Specialist in May 2021 and became a Member of Council of the University of KwaZulu- Natal in June 2020. The future looks bright, I choose to claim it! I hope to be of service to you. Kindly make contact – details are available on this site.
